I hate Liar's Dice, I can't get the hang of it at all. No idea how I'll get the achievement for not losing a dice! Bring on the Poker though

I do generally cheat big time, we were playing some drinking game in the pub the other night and i cheated my knickers off. It was all good fun until 2 people through up, one of them over a load of drinks >_<

I am excited for ALL of this dlc, I think they are fairly priced too considering how much fun players will get from them. I mean poker and liars dice multiplayer - i can see us playing those WAY too much.

Red Dead ban hammer coming tomorrow

Tomorrow Gamertags and PlayStation Network IDs with hacked Red Dead Redemption game saves will be banned from playing, Rockstar has warned.

"Oh yes. As promised, the ban hammer is a'coming," said the GTA creator.

"Starting on Tuesday 24th August we will be swiftly and indefinitely banishing from the world of Red Dead Redemption multiplayer all Gamertags and PSN IDs we've detected with hacked game saves.

"Such cheating is a clear violation of our code of conduct, and punishable at our sole discretion.

Rockstar says those who took advantage of exploits to rapidly grind experience points will not be banned, but it is able to tell who hacked their save to have impossible scores.

Banned hackers will also be removed from the leaderboards.

"To be spared, any hacked saves that you have will need to be deleted – single player as well as multiplayer. You should be aware that everything is wiped when deleting saves. These are the only exceptions:

"Players would keep any Achievements/Trophies they had already earned.

"All preorder items tied to their accounts would be unlocked for them upon signing in and creating a new save while connected to Xbox Live or PlayStation Network.

"Any cheats earned through Social Club would be unlocked for them upon signing in and creating a new save while connected to Xbox Live or PlayStation Network."

Rockstar says after deleting your save, go online before tomorrow to register. For single-player saves, you will need to re-play the game while connected until you gain access to the safehouse at MacFarlane's ranch. For multiplayer saves, you will need to play one full game online or do one Gang Hideout.

All devs should take note and ban people with hacked game saves. The amount of games i have played where the top of the leaderboards are filled with impossible scores is unbelievable. It takes all the fun out of the leaderboards system. Really, i don't understand why people do it. What is the point in being top of the leaderboard when everyone can see that you cheated to get there?

Free Red Dead Redemption DLC cancelled due to "restrictions"
Instead doing one big pack for 800 MS points

Rockstar has announced that it can't release its planned free Red Dead Redemption DLC because of platform restrictions, and has instead added it to a paid-for download to release on September 21st.

The Free Roam pack previously promised couldn't be delivered due to "platform networks' restrictions on numbers of free packs we can give away," according to Rockstar, so instead it's been added to a Liars and Cheats pack which will be released for 800 Microsoft Points on 21st September.

"The Liars and Cheats Pack will contain a great range of new highly-requested features to expand the Free Roam world including Multiplayer Poker and Liar's Dice, as well as a brand new Competitive Multiplayer gameplay mode," says the press release.

"The Liars and Cheats Pack will also include the content previously announced as the Free Roam Pack. The Free Roam Pack was originally planned as a free download, but due to the platform networks' restrictions on numbers of free packs we can give away, we have instead added it to The Liars & Cheats Pack as one Free Roam release."

The new features are detailed as follows:

Multiplayer Poker and Liars' Dice Games
One of the most fan-requested features comes to multiplayer.

Multiplayer Horse Races
Ride out against your friends and foes online - with mounted combat guns blazing.

The Explosive Rifle
An devastatingly destructive new weapon with its own new single-player and multiplayer challenges.

7 New Gang Hideouts
Posse up and take on the new Hideouts together to level up quickly.

4 New Hunting Grounds
New Hunting Grounds are now visible on the map for all to see, with some of the most action-packed wildlife hunting yet.

Stronghold Competitive Multiplayer Mode
Teams take turns in attack and defense in multi-tiered Competitive games.
Posse Scoring and Leaderboards
Compare stats with other posses and compete to see who are the kings of the Free Roam frontier.

You also get 15 new multiplayer characters taken from the Red Dead Redemption storyline, and more all-new Achievements.

i will most def get the new red dead dlc, that's if i ever start playing it again. Still not finished single player yet, but i am way too buy with all my rentals and rock band games at the moment.
