Finally got it in Game in Romford today!
Not as good as the hype says, but I'll give it time.

If you play the MP by yourself (ie with just randoms) it's not much fun, you need to be playing it with friends so that you can gang up and do missiosn together, then it's a hell of a lot of fun :)

Thank god for the new Tomb Raider, helped me de-stress after a tough week! More of the same please

I'll be playing tonight.  If we can get a full posse, let's begin the night by rotating posse leaders so everyone can get the 'Posse Up!' achievement.   :)

MP is a blast with friends, but I've even had fun playing with randoms once I leveled up enough to defend myself.    ;D

The story in single-player is broken into 3 separate arcs.  They could honestly make a movie trilogy out of this one game, and it would be fantastic.  The overall tone reminds me a lot of the movie No Country For Old Men, which was also fantastic.

That was the problem I was finding, it's a bit easier with better weapons etc. :)

Exactly.  Until you officially "unlock" the better weapons, you have to begin your MP session scouting weapon crates for better guns.  Fortunately you keep all of your "temporary" weapons after you die, just not after you exit the game and return.

However, I don't really think of the MP part of RDR as competitive (eg. Call of Duty, Gears, etc.).  If I did I probably wouldn't like it as much.  I like RDR's MP because it's slow-paced and gives you complete freedom over how you want to play it.

Good news for anyone enjoying Red Dead's online multiplayer. Rockstar has announced a new DLC pack is on its way.

Entitled "Outlaws to the End", the free downloadable pack will be available on Xbox Live come June 22.

It will include six brand new co-op missions that'll let four players team up online. According to the developer the DLC will include "new co-op challenges, bonus multiplayer XP rewards, and extra opportunities to unlock additional Achievements."

Me and Marty had great fun last night, helping me get the cheeve for completing all gang hideouts in one session! Thanks again marty  :) I will definitely be on tonight from around 9.30pm and would love to posse up with you guys, hopefully we can get a full posse. Only played for a few hours so far though and i haven't even tried single player yet, and I'm loving it - but bear with me as i'm not very good yet

I'll be online for a few hours tonight though I won't be playing this, unless someone decides to lend it me before then  :)

To be honest, i'm not in any rush to play it, i'm more interested in getting Dead Rising 2 next month than this, when I do get it, i'll just plough through the single player & probably avoid the MP completely.
