Those buggers can be annoying, they have the govt 45 and rifles and some carry shishkebabs and saturnite fists, which i had so much fun with. If you upgrade your appliances first in the sink they can help out with food, health and upgrades, if i knew that i would have done that quest first!!

Is it me or is it just harder to get back into New Vegas than other Fallouts?

According to Xbox.com I haven't played this since 12/23/2010 - so yeah I'm on the road towards jumping back in, eventually.

And you're right, I remember not being able to put Fallout 3 down for weeks on end, New Vegas, for some reason doesn't have that same effect. I blame the glitches...oh, and Borderlands.  ;)

Deep into Blues now, very sweet indeed. Just took out ''Stripe'', funny lil bugger. Went from level 23 going in, to 29 very fast. ''My Robo-Scorpions!!! don't, stop stop, you'll damage the hull!!''  gotta love Mobius :)

NEW DLC DATED

Quote from: Lonesome Road
In Lonesome Road you are contacted by the original Courier Six, a man by the name of Ulysses who refused to deliver the Platinum Chip at the start of Fallout: New Vegas. Ulysses promises the answer as to why he didn’t take the job, but only if you make one last journey into the hurricane-swept canyons of the Divide, a landscape torn apart by earthquakes and violent storms. It's up to you whether you take the job or not.

Quote from: Other DLC
Courier’s Stash gives players immediate access to four content bundles previously available only through pre-ordering Fallout: New Vegas. The Caravan Pack, Classic Pack, Mercenary Pack and Tribal Pack each offer unique weapons, apparel and aid advantages that will help you throughout your journey.

"Lonesome Road" is due to be released on September 20th and will cost 800 MSP.

"Courier's Stash" and "Gun Runner's Arsenal" are both due to release on September 27th. "Courier's Stash" will cost 160 MSP, whereas "Gun Runner's Arsenal" will cost 320 MSP.

Have a lot of the map unmarked, final mission  is available but I'm not ready so to speak.

The Gunner Runner's Arsenal looks pretty good 27 weapons and mods as well.

Too bad I bought everything except the courier's stash. Get it steal it, now that's a nice package right there.

Very nice, considering the Ultimate Edition retails for roughly the same price as the DLC alone.  Needless to say I'll be picking this up.  If the DLC comes on a disc, we can start up a new sharechain and mail it out to everyone.   :)

Thats a cool thing alright, Fallout 3 was on disc but New Vegas might be all on one disc. The main game is 4.1 gig? and then biggest dlc is 800mb. Can't find any info as of yet. But I'd say they will follow the 2 disc formula. I don't regret buying the dlc at all, even though I haven't gone through it all yet!!

I haven't gone through it at all and am about 25% through the main campaign. Bought the collector's edition so don't think I'll be grabbing this, but another case to be made for not buying games 'day-one'.  ???

Windedprism

It's that dilema but to be fair the game came out in 2010 no way was I gonna wait until 2012!!!

It's all dependent on a personal level, I guess. I've waited till ...whenever I pick it up again to get through it, so I personally think I could've waited for it. But I'll admit, the Collector's Edition was pretty sweet.

Finished Lonesome road last week, best of the DLC from New Vegas for sure. Once finished head back in and have a chat to Ulysses as there is part of a new area you open up, but u have to make sure your quite a higher level and u have some good firepower. I def dont think it was as good as Fallout 3 because of all the bugs and bits of pieces, but i did enjoy it and i got my moneys worth
